Do my clients need to download an app?

No. Booking works in any phone browser. Your business gets its own website address and a QR code for the window.

Can I still take walk-ins and phone bookings?

Yes. Add them to the calendar in a couple of taps — they sit alongside online bookings.

What happens when a client cancels?

They cancel or move the booking themselves from the link in their text. Inside your free-cancellation window the deposit goes back automatically; after it, the deposit is kept.

Is it set up for a clinic?

Yes. The clinic demo shows a medical form, consent, date of birth with an 18+ check, and a paid consultation that comes off the treatment price.

Is anything charged in the demo?
